By Member Request: The free open Metalsmith workshop at Desert Hills on Thursday, January 19th will include a demonstration of a simple riveting technique.

Members may purchase a kit for $10 with copper/ brass shapes and rivets to make a pendant.  Sheet copper and brass (as well as other findings) are always available for purchase by club members at Desert Hills. 

Please bring a small riveting or chasing hammer, file, wire cutters/nippers and jewelry pliers if you have them.  Doors open at 6:00 pm.  The demo will begin at 6:30.
