Brainstorming the Club's Future

Join Us for Our Second Meeting even if you did not attend the first meeting!

We’re moving forward—and we need you!

Calling all club members to join other volunteers to work on the future organization of the Lapidary Club. Please come and help us improve our Club.

Our secondmeeting is about more than discussing recent developments. It’s about rolling up our sleeves, working together, and building the management team our Club needs for the future.This is teamwork. This is collaboration. And this is your opportunity to be part of it.

We’ll be breaking into small groups to share ideas, identify what needs to be done, and begin developing a Club Management Team that works for all of us.

Monitors—we especially need you there! You are the people who keep our shops running and see firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and what our members need. Your experience and ideas are invaluable.

Come to the meeting. Join a group. Speak up. Ask questions. Bring ideas. Challenge us to think differently.

Don’t worry about having all the answers. We’re building this together. There are no perfect solutions yet, and there doesn’t need to be. We’re creating something that can grow, improve, and adapt as we move forward.

Our goal is clear: One Club, one team, working together across both Centers.

West Center will take time to become fully operational, but we’re not waiting for tomorrow to get started. The work at East Center continues today—and the foundation we build now will help shape the future of both Centers.

There is a lot to accomplish, but there is also a tremendous opportunity in front of us.

We need your experience. We need your list of ideas.
We need your energy.
Most of all, we need your participation.

Come be part of building it. Come be part of the team. Let’s make it happen—together!

This will be an in-person meeting as we will be working in groups so there will not be a Zoom connection. If you would still like to attend from afar please contact Gabi at Registrar@gvrlapidaryclub.org and she will arrange to have someone who is attending the meeting to telephone you to participate with Whatsapp, FaceTime, or just an audio call.
