There is a lot to do as we use this system to keep track of the volunteer positions, write descriptions of volunteer positions, maintain the training schedule, keep the list of Monitors, train new Monitors, track volunteer hours, continue custom-fitting volunteers with their preferred positions, and call to recruit volunteers when positions open up in their area of interest.
