If your gig is software and you enjoy updates, software usage, and development, and are comfortable using Help screens, then this could be your next challenge.

The Club utilizes WildApricot for its website, email blasts to all members or select groups, and for new membership sign-ups and renewals.

Webmaster and Website

If you’ve ever created and maintained a website, you’ll know how involved it can be. Without too many cooks in the kitchen, these volunteers write copy, come up with new designs, add functional features, and maintain current information on the website.

Communications

We have many communications for Club members to send and a bank of volunteers to assign for specific subjects. Once a new event — Class, Workshop, or Meeting — is created, reminders are automated. However, we still need volunteers to create the original announcements.

Additionally, a general newsletter called GEMS is sent out every Sunday.
