Materials Fees

This group of volunteers collaborates closely with the Club Treasurer to provide assistance whenever needed. We also help each Instructor identify the materials required for their classes and communicate that information to the volunteers responsible for securing those items. 

Additionally, we work with the Registrar to help establish Materials Fees for classes and workshops.

Purchasing

Someone has to shop! Using the Club credit card or other Club accounts. There are office supplies, class materials, shop findings, and other miscellaneous items to purchase. These volunteers order the items, receive the items, account for them to the Treasurer, and distribute as needed. Not included in this purchasing area are shop equipment, equipment parts, and pieces.
